Hoem on Jarvis, Student Residence, Toronto Metropolitan University

Crossey Engineering Ltd provided Sustainable Consulting services as well as Electrical Consulting for this Student Residence at 186-188 Jarvis Street in Toronto, part of the Toronto Metropolitan University (previously Ryerson University). We also provided Telecom and Security design through ICS2 and Lighting design through Consullux.

The building includes 30 storeys, 593 beds, mixed configuration of 1 to 4 bed suites for a total of 191 suites, and two-storey podium at grade including a café, retail and service outlets.

Other features include:

• Lounges: 9 (one every third floor, 400 sq. ft. each)
• Multi-purpose rooms: 4 on the second floor (3,000 sq. ft.)
• Amenity space: (1,200 sq. ft.)
