This Design Build project is a new General Academic and Student Building at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) in Oshawa.
The project consists of 6 floors which include Administration and Academic Offices, Classrooms of approximately 480 seats, Study and Social areas, and Dry Project and Research Labs.
In addition, the building houses the Office of Student Life and the UOIT Student Union.
