Crossey Engineering Ltd. worked to develop this 250,000 sq. ft. casino, that includes 140 gaming tables, five full restaurants and 3300 slot machines.
We provided full electrical engineering services, much of the lighting design, full site lighting, site development, renovations and an addition to the former Maple Leaf Village. Also included in our design was a new fire alarm, security infrastructure emergency backup, and UPS. Peer review services were also provided.
The approximate construction cost was $105 million. This project was fast-tracked and designed and built in 210 days.
