Crossey Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design services for this Performing Arts Centre in the Town of Richmond Hill.
This project included the design of a 500 seat theatre, a community box theatre space for approximately 150, renovations to the old city hall building, a lobby, and support spaces for the building functions.
Crossey's design included HVAC, Power, Plumbing, Lighting, Controls, Sprinklers, Data and Telecommunications Raceways, and Life Safety Systems. A ground source heat pump system was incorporated into the design for the city hall renovation.
