Crossey Engineering Ltd. provided mechanical engineering consulting services for The Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine & Performing Arts at Brock University. The MIWSFPA is located in the historic Canada Hair Cloth building, located southwest and adjacent to the Performing Arts Centre. This facility houses Brock University’s Departments of Music, Visual Arts (VISA), Dramatic Arts (DART), and Centre for Studies in Art and Cultural.
The previous building was completely renovated to suit classrooms, teaching studios, staff offices and related support spaces, and a new addition containing the Department of Dramatic Arts theatre will be constructed. The facility is approximately 104, 300 sq.ft.
